WIN a Swedish Changing Bag by Willvin

My changing bag has lasted me well over the past year but I'm beginning to struggle with it's size; these days Lara needs water cups, milk cups, the Totseat, snacks, a lunchbox, toys, books, suncream, hats and complete new outfits in addition to the normal changing mat, wipes, creams, sacks and nappies. That doesn't leave very much room for my essentials – I can just about squeeze in a lip balm.

Thankfully, the people at Swedish baby brand, Willvin, asked me to try out one of their range of stylish changing bags. Now, I have space. In fact, I'm thinking of trying it out with a few of Lara's bulky re-usable nappies too.

I'm actually very privileged. Willvin changing bags are not yet available to buy on the UK high street so I'm one of the first people in Britain to give them a go. Willvin are hoping to launch in the UK over the coming months.

Willvin bags was launched by a Mum, Petra who had yet to find her perfect changing bag. The Willvin approach to design is practicality and suitability. In my eyes, all of their bags look pretty smart but suitable for all occasions. In my bag I have found a home for all of Lara's nappy bits and pieces in the velcro pockets on the outside of the bag. This leaves me lots of space on the inside of the bag to slip in books and toys into the soft compartments. The other high point for me is the use of zips instead of fiddly clips or buckles to fasten the main compartment of the bag; this is a massive relief to me after my last bag, but I have found that without a flip-over cover on my Willvin bag, I have to be careful not to overfill it as the zip won't close.

The Magnificent Leatherette Bag has a sturdy strap which is easily extendible (handy for when the bag is shared between two people of two different heights!). The leatherette is perfect for both me and Mr. B and is really easy to wipe clean.

Willvin tend to find that their bags are a hit with the Dads as well as the Mums. Mr. B. certainly seemed impressed. I guess this is because the bags don't look too girly – they are definitely not handbags! The colours are unisex and the styles are too. There are also lots of places to stash your man gadgets.

My Willvin bag came with a few handy bits and bobs inside. A fold-away travel changing mat, a single bottle bag which can attach to the strap, a draw string bag (ideal for bringing home wet clothes or a damp nappy cover) and a sealable clear plastic pouch for keeping your phone/keys/chequebook clean and dry.
